If you keep encountering an error during invoice submission please check the following as the system may have detected errors:
Oftentimes the lack of "http://," "www," or ".com" will make submission impossible. Please make sure to double check the website URL to ensure accuracy.
If an email is misspelled SWOOP can detect the error, even adding an extra blank space after the email confuses the system. If you are a 100% sure the email is correct the fault lies with us as the system may not recognize certain domains, especially outside the U.S.
