The following scenarios illustrate scenarios in which organizers have had issues logging into Eventbrite
First, make sure you are using the Startup Weekend Group email [email@example.com] to login. Personal emails are not allowed as logins, you can find your group email in the Welcome Package 1. Or talk to one of your co-organizers to get the login information.
Second, an organizer may have already created a password for Eventbrite and not shared it with the group. Please reach out to your group and ask if anyone has already set up the ticketing page.
Third, you may be logged into Eventbrite into a personal account, try logging in with an incognito browser
Fourth, try resetting your password by going to https://www.Eventbrite.com/resetpassword by providing the group email. Let your team know you are resetting the password and distribute it accordingly.
