SW has a 7 day refund policy. If you request a refund a week prior to the event kickoff and food/drink has not been ordered, you may be eligible for a refund. If either of these conditions are not satisfied, however, we likely won’t be able to process your refund. If this turns out to be the case, we strongly suggest passing on your ticket to someone else!

Please include the following information:
1. The full name of the event
2. The date of the event
3. If applicable who they want their ticket transferred to, with the person's contact info
4. If possible forward ticket confirmation email for faster processing times
