When a sponsor pays an invoice we mark the payment in our accounting system.  The sponsor email address you entered in swoop will be emailed an automatic notification of payment receipt. 

If you would also like to receive an update of your sponsorship payments you can put your own email as a contact when you create each sponsor. The sponsorship status will also change from 'invoiced' to 'paid', due to time differences this can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update.
